Service Description. This Site describes Airport Transportation, Hotel Transportation, Cruise Port Transportation, Senior Transportation, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provided by Heather's Here Taxi Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Heather's Here Taxi Service or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Heather's Here Taxi Service reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
